The Fairy Godmother Foundation is pleased to announce our third annual “Magical Wedding Give Away” program. Fairy Godmother wishes to provide a deserving couple in need with a wedding at little to no cost to them. We will provide one wedding a year to a couple facing a serious life altering circumstances or facing a terminal illness.
In order to be considered for a Magical Wedding, a couple must be nominated. The person nominating them must provide all of the information requested, including (1) the Application; (2) three to four photos of the couple; (3) one letter of recommendation. A couple cannot nominate themselves.
Please note: if an application is missing any of the required information or if the information provided is faulty in any way then the couple will not be considered.

Fairy Godmother Magical Wedding Application
Please fill out all information before submitting. Incomplete forms will not be considered, the more information you give us about the couple the better able our Board will be able to consider your request. All approved applicants will be subjected to a full background check. Background checks with felony convictions cannot be approved.
Once your application has been reviewed it will be sent to our Board. They will contact you for future information, if necessary.
Our Board will not grant weddings for lack of money or job loss.
Not all applications will be approved. Fairy Godmother Foundation reserves the right to deny or cancel a wedding at any time. Recipients must comprehend, agree to and comply with the terms of all applications and contracts they sign though out the granting process.
